Street Lighting Repairs.

From the 1st August 2003 West Sussex will have a new contractor looking after its 72,000 street lights and illuminated signs.

Value Service.
SOLVE will be paid according to how many lights are kept working. The aim is to have at any one time at least 98% of the lights in working order.

How to report.
If a street light is not working or is lit during the day ring our hotline number below. All calls will be charged at local rate. Call SOLVE on 0845 758 1622

How long?

SOLVE will be expected to repair routine lamp failures within five working days. Some damaged equipment or electrical supply problems may take longer to repair or be the responsibility of Seeboard or Southern Electric.
